Purpose: To provide clients with an annual benchmark on the latest benefit costs and trends specific to Healthcare and Pharmacy benefits.
EBS uses the survey for clients who wish to conduct an analysis on their peer group within a particular industry or market. The survey tool is web-based.Results: Provides clients with a benchmark of how their benefit plan costs relate with other employers. The survey also provides up to date information on trends and employer preferences.
