At Ascende, we are committed to our clients, employees, and the community we all share.
As a way to demonstrate our commitment, in 2009, we established the Ascende Charitable Trust® (ACT). Since its establishment, ACT has awarded almost $2 million in grants to 501(c)(3) and 170(c) non-profit organizations that support children’s health and education initiatives. This charitable effort was expanded in 2014 to include charities supporting U.S. service members and veterans.
As of 2016, any contributions to ACT are determined annually as business needs allow, but more importantly, our commitment to the community goes far beyond financial support. Ascende employees devoted over 550 hours of time to support ACT-related activities and volunteer efforts in 2014.
